The Application Form for Maltina Teacher of the Year 2024/2025 is now available; find out how to apply for the 2024 Maltina Teacher of the Year competition and the 2024 Maltina Teacher of the Year winner below.
Participants are encouraged to obtain application forms from the Maltina website – http://www.maltina-nigeria.com/maltina-teacher-of-the-year.html – or pick up a form from their state ministry of education or the Nigerian Union of Teachers office nationwide before July 22, 2024.
Applicants should fill out their applications and upload them to the website or email them to maltinateacheroftheyear@heineken.com.
Morgan revealed the rewards for the 2019 Maltina Teacher of the Year, saying the winner will get a total cash prize of N6.5 million, as well as a capacity training abroad and a block of classrooms at the school where he or she teaches.
She went on to say that the first runner-up and second runner-up for the tournament will each earn a cash award of N1 million and N750, 000, respectively, while the state champion will each receive a cash prize of N500, 000.

The Maltina Teacher of the Year Award is to honor and reward outstanding teachers in Nigeria. Teachers from all secondary schools around the country are eligible to participate in the initiative.
There will be champions from each of the federation’s states as well as the Federal Capital Territory, from which the overall victor will be determined.
